Function of builder

It is a rather common situation when a businessmen who has come to a decision to invest in the industrial construction (for example, construction of a factory) does not have a sufficient experience in the building and construction works. He can only set his objective in front of the experts. The best approach in this situation is to conclude a construction agreement with our company which will assume responsibilities to assure the proper quality of the building and construction works at site. Being the customer-builder our company competently prepares the project documentation and calculates the construction budget, chooses the sub-contractors to conclude construction contracts with. The customer-builder is also involved in preparing the construction schedule and responsible for its timely execution. According to the Russian law the customer-builder is supposed to coordinate the activities of all companies and departments involved in the construction. He is responsible for preparing the area for construction, receiving all necessary permissions, providing all the construction materials, mounting the process equipment required for construction.
